Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of room attendant experience in a luxury 4-5 star hotel or resort environment
- successful completion of a 90 day probationary period as Room Attendant 2 or current Room Attendant 2 meeting all requirements
- ability to pass random room inspections
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- flexible to work varied shifts
- willingness to adhere to hotel policies and safety standards

- ability to perform basic arithmetic
- exercise good judgment and think clearly under pressure

Job Duties
- complete daily work quota
- ensure guest rooms and hallways are cleaned thoroughly and up to standards
- pass random room cleaning inspections by leadership
- clean occupied and departure rooms
- make beds, vacuum, dust, scrub restrooms, and refresh guest amenities
- operate cleaning equipment safely
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- report maintenance needs
- maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information
- ensure security of guest room access and hotel property
- follow lost and found protocols
- serve guests attentively and courteously
- assist with cleaning and upkeep of Casa Elar estate as needed
