Job Requirements

  • 5 or more years of room attendant experience in a luxury 4-5 star hotel or resort environment
  • successful completion of a 90 day probationary period as Room Attendant 2 or current Room Attendant 2 meeting all requirements
  • ability to pass random room inspections
  • ability to work independently and efficiently
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • flexible to work varied shifts
  • willingness to adhere to hotel policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • complete daily work quota
  • ensure guest rooms and hallways are cleaned thoroughly and up to standards
  • pass random room cleaning inspections by leadership
  • clean occupied and departure rooms
  • make beds, vacuum, dust, scrub restrooms, and refresh guest amenities
  • operate cleaning equipment safely
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • report maintenance needs
  • maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information
  • ensure security of guest room access and hotel property
  • follow lost and found protocols
  • serve guests attentively and courteously
  • assist with cleaning and upkeep of Casa Elar estate as needed
