Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Clean guest room and bathroom including bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using proper procedures and chemicals per hotel standards
- Change linen and make beds in accordance with hotel procedures
- Dust all guest room surfaces including furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves
- Vacuum guest room carpets in accordance with hotel procedures
- Remove trash and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms per hotel procedures
- Clean all windows inside and out
- Greet guests immediately with friendly, sincere acknowledgment
- Report all maintenance deficiencies in guest rooms and corridors via work orders, including emergencies to the maintenance department
- Sign for room keys, retrieve cart, push to assigned rooms, and restock heavy cart
- Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room
- Clean balconies, if applicable
- Other duties as assigned
