- Clean and prepare guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly
- replenish room supplies and amenities
- arrange furniture and fixtures neatly
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- report maintenance issues to management
- maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
- adhere to hotel safety and sanitation standards
