Job Requirements
- Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, twist and climb stairs
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be legally authorized to work
Job Qualifications
- At least one month of related housekeeping experience
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team
- Capability to work in a high-energy environment calmly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean, dust, polish and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and leave bathrooms sparkling
- Restock guest room supplies such as soap, shampoo, and coffee
- Organize linen closets and restock carts before shifts end
- Greet guests with a friendly smile during encounters
- Maintain inventory and prepare for daily cleaning tasks
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols consistently
