Job Requirements
- Physical mobility to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, and bending up to 50 lbs
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including shifts, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms and suites following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards
- Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
- Prepare assigned rooms for turndown guests
- Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms as assigned
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas
