Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • attention to detail and thoroughness
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • willingness to follow hotel protocols and safety procedures
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in housekeeping or related field is an advantage
  • ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
  • reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
  • maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies assigned
  • report lost and found articles to supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
  • ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards
