Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move moderate weight items
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures
  • Good physical stamina

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and hotel standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc.
  • Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
