Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Physical stamina to fulfill duties including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleaning standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrates reliability and strong work ethic
- Basic physical ability to perform cleaning duties and handle housekeeping equipment
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests promptly and courteously
- Perform guest turndown service as needed
