Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or hospitality experience desirable
- ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- attention to detail
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- basic arithmetic skills

Job Duties
- Provide Forbes Five Star service with attention to detail and quality
- complete daily work quota in a timely manner
- clean guest rooms and hallways thoroughly according to standards
- exceed guest expectations consistently
- select appropriate leveling program based on satisfactory service of guest rooms
- exercise good judgment and clear thinking in pressure situations
- follow directions and work independently without daily supervision
