Job Requirements
- High school diploma or a hospitality trade certificate
- Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience preferably in a hospitality environment
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
- Must be a team player
- Physically able to do considerable lifting, pushing, stretching, and bending with moderate weight

Job Duties
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Replacing used towels and bathroom amenities such as shampoo and soap
- Sweeping, mopping floors and vacuuming carpets
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Emptying trash containers
- Reporting technical issues and maintenance needs
- Greeting guests and responding to queries
- Updating status of guest rooms
- Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end
- Cleaning assigned hotel areas including hallways, guest elevators, and landings
- Completing various additional tasks and assignments as needed
