Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- One year of experience in customer service or a similar role required
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Strong intuition

Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms and common areas daily in line with hotel procedures
- Replace linens on beds and replenish guest room supplies
- Empty wastebaskets
- Rearrange furnishings, drapes, and room accessories
- Provide necessary linen and amenities to guests according to the guest room legend
- Leave rooms in uniform arrangement as determined by the Executive Housekeeper
- Ensure the door is closed and room locked
- Report any damage, hazards, or repairs in assigned areas
- Return any items found in guest rooms or hallways to the Housekeeping department and log them as lost and found
- Clean corridors and service areas
- Respond to housekeeping management team requests
- Be responsible for pass key security
- Restock the cart and organize linen closet at the end of the shift
- Report exceptional or unusual circumstances to supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
