Job Requirements
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum six months work-related experience preferably in hospitality or janitorial services
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be flexible to work varied schedules
- good written and oral communication skills
- ability to listen attentively
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend for long periods
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
- must adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- must be dependable

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions pertaining to their visit
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- complete all required brand specific and health and safety training
- adhere to property specific brand standards
- enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning according to hotel standards including making beds, dusting furniture, sweeping and vacuuming floors, cleaning windows and mirrors, sanitizing bathrooms, emptying trash, replenishing amenities, and realigning furniture
- check and secure rooms upon completion
- clean and restock supply cart
- update and submit room assignment sheets
- follow lost and found policies by promptly reporting items to the Executive Housekeeper
- perform other tasks as necessary to exceed guest satisfaction
