Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the property for extended periods
- capability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning instructions
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms according to company standards
- conduct full departure cleans and stayover service
- sanitize and stage rooms to ensure guest safety and comfort
- follow all safety guidelines including Cal/OSHA standards
- report maintenance issues and replenish room supplies
- collaborate with housekeeping team members to maintain overall property cleanliness
- assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies
