Job Duties
- Cleans guest rooms and bathrooms including bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using proper procedures and chemicals per hotel standards
- Change linen and make beds in accordance with hotel procedures
- Dust all guest room surfaces including furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves
- Vacuum guest room carpets following hotel procedures
- Remove trash and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as per hotel procedures
- Clean all windows inside and out
- Greet guests immediately with friendly, sincere acknowledgement
- Report all maintenance deficiencies in guest rooms and corridors via work orders and notify maintenance department for urgent issues
- Sign for room keys, retrieve and push carts to assigned rooms, restock heavy carts
- Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion
- Clean balconies if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
