Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending and reaching
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- legal eligibility to work in the country
- basic proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Job Duties
- clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
- keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
- maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued
- report lost and found articles to supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
