Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to communicate in English
  • physical ability to perform cleaning duties
  • punctuality and reliability
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following hotel standards
  • maintain an organized and well-stocked linen cart
  • report any maintenance needs in guest rooms such as fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC
  • ensure security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued
  • report lost and found items promptly
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
