Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- a warm and positive attitude reflective of company culture
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- ability to read and understand product labels
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- professional and warm demeanor
Job Duties
- clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards
- make beds and replenish room amenities
- vacuum, dust, and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms
- ensure a welcoming environment for each guest
- report to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor
- follow safety and hygiene standards
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
