Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to hotel cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following hotel standards
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked linen cart
- Report any maintenance needs in guest rooms such as fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC
- Ensure security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued
- Report lost and found items promptly
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
