- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including pushing carts, carrying supplies and moving furniture

Job Qualifications

- ability to push loaded supply carts from room to room
- ability to carry tote trays with replacement amenities

Job Duties
- Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms and sets up cleaning cart with supplies
- cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways
- washes shower walls and tub, cleans toilet(s) and stall walls and wipes exposed pipes, cleans mirrors and sinks to maintain sanitary guest and public restrooms
- replaces towels, soaps and room amenities and restocks literature and stationery
- washes all hard floor areas by hand to remove dirt and soiled areas
- dusts and polishes all furniture, fixtures and wall hangings including vents and ceiling corners
- strips beds and remakes with fresh linens, checking bedspread and blankets for cleanliness
- checks closets and restocks guest room supplies
- vacuums rooms, public areas, and hallways including underneath furniture
- inspects door and window locks and alerts management to safety issues
- inspects room equipment and reports maintenance deficiencies in writing
- secures and maintains custody of equipment, keys and supplies
- reports missing articles and safety hazards to Supervisor
- maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
