Job Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months relevant experience
- excellent customer service orientation
- previous hospitality or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions
- flexible schedule

- able to perform physical job demands including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of six months work-related experience preferably in hospitality or janitorial services
- excellent customer service skills
- previous hospitality industry experience preferred
- previous experience as housekeeper or room attendant preferred
- ability to follow directions
- good written and oral communication skills

- flexibility to work varied schedules
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions regarding their visit
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- be familiar with property location, amenities, and local attractions
- resolve guests complaints to ensure satisfaction
- complete all required brand and health and safety training
- adhere to property brand standards and safety procedures
- clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, replenishing amenities, and securing rooms
- realign furniture according to floor plans
- maintain and restock supply cart
- submit room assignment sheets accurately
- adhere to lost and found policies and promptly report items to Executive Housekeeper
- perform additional tasks necessary to exceed guest satisfaction
