Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
- Must be able to read and understand instructions
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices preferred

Job Duties
- Clean guest room and bathroom using proper procedures and chemicals per hotel standards
- Change linen and make beds in accordance with hotel procedures
- Dust all guest room surfaces including furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves
- Vacuum guest room carpets according to hotel procedures
- Remove trash and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms per hotel procedures
- Clean all windows inside and out
- Greet guests immediately with friendly, sincere acknowledgement
- Report all maintenance deficiencies in guest rooms and corridors via work orders
- Sign for room keys, retrieve cart, push to assigned rooms, and restock heavy cart
- Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room
- Clean balconies if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
