Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or related hospitality role is an asset
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards
- restock guest room supplies and amenities
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- assist guests with special requests and inquiries
- ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety policies
- collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room preparation
- operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
