Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess a warm, professional demeanor with a friendly personality and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in hospitality preferred
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
- Ability to read product labels and communicate effectively with guests
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform required tasks

Job Duties
- Ensure hotel guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay
- Make beds and replenish amenities in guest rooms
- Vacuum and dust guest rooms to maintain cleanliness
- Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper
- Adhere to HVMG's high standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Maintain a warm, professional demeanor reflecting the Culture of Excellence
- Be flexible with working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
