Job Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- high attention to detail
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to perform duties including walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- ability to use hands and arms effectively
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in a similar housekeeping role preferred
- ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- strong attention to detail
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- good communication skills
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Anticipate guest expectations
- clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- demonstrate teamwork responsiveness when asked to do any task consistent with Hyatt Place standards
- maintain organization and great attention to detail
