Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US and provide necessary I-9 and eVerify documents
- Experience in hotel environment providing superior guest service preferred
- Ability to work quickly with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, team members, and guests
- Strong team spirit required
- Capable of maintaining high energy for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 70 pounds regularly
- Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and twist frequently
- Ability to stand for long durations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated team spirit and cooperation
- Ability to maintain professionalism and guest service orientation
- Knowledge of safety and cleaning procedures is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare bed and bath linens
- Clean and straighten rooms
- Display and replace amenities and promotional materials
- Remove trash and soiled linen and deliver to appropriate area
- Maintain supplies necessary for efficient room cleaning
- Utilize proper cleaning methods to prevent injury
- Keep supply cart stocked
- Perform laundry tasks including pressing and folding towels and linens
- Report deficiencies in guest rooms and guest floors to management
- Ensure cleanliness of guest room hallways, elevators, public areas, and service corridors
- Inventory and maintain cleanliness of linen closets
- Project professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to provide personalized service
- Set, stock, and maintain guestrooms in line with brand standards
- Adhere to lost and found policies and procedures
