Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a guest room attendant or similar role
- Ability to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- Ability to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, evenings, and long hours when required
- Honest and trustworthy with excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide neat and clean guest rooms in accordance with Greens and brand standards
- Responsible for usage and organization of supplies in the housekeeping department
- Understand and implement the mission statement, values, and culture always
- Maximize guest satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Assist with guest issues professionally and maintain a hospitable attitude
- Work independently and as a team member
