  • Ability to lift, balance, and carry with assistance up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Uphold and role model the company's principles of People, Place, and Character while embodying values that drive collaboration, intuitive service, and translocal hospitality
  • Adhere to the prescribed departmental sequence of service and practice proper safety protocols while cleaning public areas, stocking restrooms with paper goods and terry, and completing assigned checklists
  • Work shifts that coincide with Food and Beverage outlets' highest volume time periods, particularly on nights and weekends
  • Collaborate with housekeeping leadership, demonstrating a united front committed to providing the best possible guest experience
  • Strictly adhere to health, safety, and sanitary guidelines to take pride in your work
  • Work in an organized fashion following the sequence of service with respect for equipment and workspace
  • Demonstrate a professional sense of urgency in guest rooms and public spaces to provide a thoughtful guest experience by keeping areas clean and well organized
