Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas including lobbies hallways fitness centers restrooms and laundry rooms
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents ensuring they meet high standards
- Perform daily weekly and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed
- Restock supplies and report inventory needs
- Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean organized and in good repair
- Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment
- Assist with special projects or community events as needed
