Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- willingness to undergo training
- physical stamina for prolonged standing and light lifting
- commitment to customer service excellence
- willingness to travel to different homes daily
Job Qualifications
- be 18 years of age or older
- be able to pass a background check
- have a great attitude and be a team player
- take pride in your work
- demonstrate a willingness to learn
- be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting
- driver's license preferred
Job Duties
- clean homes following the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- work collaboratively with a partner to complete cleaning tasks
- maintain high quality and customer satisfaction during each visit
- handle light lifting and be on feet for extended periods
- participate in training programs to learn and refine cleaning techniques
- uphold company standards of professionalism and reliability
- adapt to different home environments daily
