Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years in a housekeeping or custodial position
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Strong communication skills to speak with team members and supervisors to relay information as needed
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to read directions, plans, and instructions
  • Must be able to work extended or irregular hours including frequent evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Must be able to frequently traverse the building including moving between multiple floors and ascending/descending stairs
  • Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder
  • Must be able to lift materials or equipment up to 50 pounds and be capable of moving/pulling/pushing up to 100 pounds with assistance if necessary

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, disinfect, and maintain stock for the restrooms, lobbies, theatre seating areas, backstage dressing rooms, ballrooms, Marquee Club, administrative offices, exterior spaces, sidewalk perimeter, and more, as directed by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
  • Ensure all restrooms are sanitary and well stocked with paper goods
  • Clean and maintain all windows and glass in the building as instructed
  • Assist with stocking, organizing, and cleaning of housekeeping closets as needed
  • Maintain proper care of uniforms, equipment, and supplies as instructed
  • Operate buffers, power sweeping equipment, extractors, shampooing equipment, electrostatic sprayers, and other housekeeping equipment as instructed
  • Perform other duties as directed
