Job Requirements
- previous janitorial experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties
- motivated and efficient
- ability to follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team
- ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies
- awareness and ability to adhere to landlord/tenant laws, state and federal laws, and Fair Housing laws
- refrain from illegal discrimination practices
