Job Requirements
- previous janitorial experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties
- motivated and efficient
- ability to follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team
- ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and labels
- awareness and ability to adhere to landlord, tenant laws, state and federal laws, and fair housing laws
- current valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- proof of auto insurance

Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned common areas
- clean vacant apartments as assigned
- maintain property grounds as directed
- follow instructions from property manager and maintenance supervisor
- operate golf cart safely for daily tasks
- adhere to all landlord and tenant laws and fair housing regulations
- work independently or as part of a team
