Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods

- ability to handle guest requests efficiently
- capacity to stand, walk, and lift moderate weight repeatedly
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding guest service by efficiently fulfilling requests
- keep hallways and common areas clean and pristine
- manage logistics of linens, amenities, and guest items such as rollaway beds or cribs
- ensure Room Attendants are stocked and ready
- maintain public areas free of dirt, smudges, and fingerprints
- assist housekeeping team with stocking and organizing supplies
- support the team in maintaining overall cleanliness standards
