- previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
- motivated and efficient work ethic
- ability to read and understand written instructions and labels
- ability to adhere to landlord, state, and federal laws
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- proof of auto insurance

Job Duties
- clean and maintain common areas
- clean vacant apartments
- maintain property grounds
- follow instructions from property manager and maintenance supervisor
- work effectively as part of a team
- operate cleaning equipment and golf cart safely
- adhere to landlord and fair housing laws
