Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial experience is preferred
- Motivation and efficiency
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to read and understand cleaning labels and instructions
- Awareness of landlord, tenant, state, federal, and fair housing laws
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of auto insurance
Job Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team member
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions
- Awareness of landlord and tenant laws and fair housing regulations
- Must have a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned common areas at the property
- Clean vacant apartments thoroughly
- Maintain property grounds as directed
- Follow instructions from Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to all landlord, tenant, state, federal, and fair housing laws
- Operate golf carts safely with a valid driver’s license
