Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and customer service orientation
- ability to follow safety protocols
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing
- strong communication and customer service skills

- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- deliver outstanding guest service by fulfilling requests and maintaining common areas
- manage logistics of linens, amenities, and guest items such as rollaway beds and cribs
- ensure Room Attendants are stocked and ready
- keep hallways and public areas clean and free of dirt, smudges, and fingerprints
- assist the housekeeping team with operational support
- respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries
- uphold safety and hygiene standards
