Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning procedures in patient rooms
- clean ancillary areas including nursing stations, restrooms, and offices
- utilize various cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals
- complete cleaning requests for patient check-outs and transfers
- collect and transport trash and soiled linen to appropriate storage areas
- maintain furniture and equipment in patient rooms and ancillary areas
- report necessary repair or replacement of equipment and furniture
