Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of housekeeping experience
  • Experience in hospice or healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
  • Effective communication skills
  • Clean background check
  • Pass drug screening
  • Availability to work part-time hours

Job Duties

  • Provide cleaning and housekeeping services including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning employee break rooms, scrubbing floors, sweeping, and glass cleaning
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all assigned areas
  • Ensure timely and thorough cleaning to promote a healthy environment
  • Follow established protocols for infection control and sanitation
  • Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors regarding any maintenance or cleaning issues
  • Adhere to all company policies and HIPAA regulations
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
