Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Understand and communicate in English
  • Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends
  • Requires standing for extended periods walking pushing lifting up to 25 pounds bending and reaching stooping kneeling or crouching and use of cleaning chemicals

Job Duties

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds and replenishing linens and guest amenities
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude when encountered
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms
  • Handle guest items left behind in accordance with lost and found procedures
  • Follow all safety procedures including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment MSDS and OSHA standards
  • Maintain awareness of guest satisfaction goals and contribute to improving service scores
  • Support overall guest satisfaction through attention to detail and teamwork
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
