Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Understand and communicate in English
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends
- Requires standing for extended periods walking pushing lifting up to 25 pounds bending and reaching stooping kneeling or crouching and use of cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds and replenishing linens and guest amenities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude when encountered
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms
- Handle guest items left behind in accordance with lost and found procedures
- Follow all safety procedures including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment MSDS and OSHA standards
- Maintain awareness of guest satisfaction goals and contribute to improving service scores
- Support overall guest satisfaction through attention to detail and teamwork
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
