Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- must be at least 18 years of age
- physical capability to lift, push up to 50 lbs, stoop, bend, climb stairs and work at heights up to 21 stories
- able to stand for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- able to climb stairs
- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years janitorial or custodial experience required
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Conducts all cleaning duties including sweeping and vacuuming carpets
- sweeping, mopping, waxing floors
- trash pick-up and removal
- cleaning toilets and urinals
- cleaning and shining mirrors
- cleaning walls and trash cans
- cleaning arena seats
- dusting furniture
- controls housekeeping equipment including but not limited to brooms, mops, buckets and wringer, toilet brushes, garbage bags, push brooms, cleaning cloths, gloves, mask and cleaning solutions
- performs all other duties as assigned
