Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical capability to lift, push up to 50 lbs., stoop, bend, climb stairs and work at heights up to 21 stories
- Able to stand for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- Able to climb stairs
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years janitorial or custodial experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Conducts all cleaning duties including sweeping and vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, trash pick-up and removal, cleaning toilets and urinals, cleaning and shining mirrors, cleaning walls and trash cans, cleaning arena seats, dusting furniture
- Control of housekeeping equipment including brooms, mops, buckets and wringer, toilet brushes, garbage bags, push brooms, cleaning cloths, gloves, mask and cleaning solutions
- Perform housekeeping duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness of public and staff areas
- Follow safety guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
