Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks mirrors and floors
  • Vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard surface floors
  • Dust furniture fixtures and equipment
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Clean windows glass surfaces and mirrors
  • Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles light switches and handrails
  • Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
  • Maintain consistent quality standards for all cleaning activities
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Demonstrate professional behavior and positive attitude
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect for facility property
  • Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisor
  • Maintain cleaning supply inventory and equipment
  • Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces as needed
  • Clean kitchen and break room areas including appliances and countertops
  • Maintain lobby and reception areas to company standards
  • Perform seasonal cleaning tasks such as washing walls and cleaning light fixtures
  • Handle spill cleanup and emergency cleaning situations
