Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles highly desirable
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties including lifting bending kneeling and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills and a customer service oriented attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred especially in hospitality or resort settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending kneeling and standing for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain guest units including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens and living areas
- Change linens make beds and restock amenities
- Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies hallways stairwells laundry rooms and public restrooms
- Perform laundry duties including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels
- Dust vacuum mop and disinfect surfaces according to resort standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with guests and team members
- Follow all health safety and resort policies
