Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles highly desirable
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties including lifting bending kneeling and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills and a customer service oriented attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred especially in hospitality or resort settings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending kneeling and standing for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest units including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens and living areas
  • Change linens make beds and restock amenities
  • Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies hallways stairwells laundry rooms and public restrooms
  • Perform laundry duties including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels
  • Dust vacuum mop and disinfect surfaces according to resort standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
  • Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with guests and team members
  • Follow all health safety and resort policies
