Job Duties
- Treat residents with dignity, respect, gentleness, and kindness
- Clean public areas, guest rooms, and resident apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and shared spaces
- Stock housekeeping carts with supplies
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash or waste to proper disposal areas
- Report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues promptly
- Clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures including correct disposal of protective equipment
- Keep work areas free of hazards and clutter
- Dispose of trash and biohazard waste daily in compliance with standards
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, stored properly, and report any damage
- Assist with set-up and take-down of meetings and special events
- Follow recycling standards and uniform guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
