- Ability to communicate effectively
- Well organized with strong problem solving skills
- Previous experience with stone, masonry, and/or ceramic tile cleaning preferred

Job Duties
- Clean walls, ceilings, vents, and stairwells
- Clean all areas outside of building as specified
- Take inventory and complete daily reports and requisitions
- Polish marble, stone, and linoleum
- Clean carpets
- Perform other related duties as assigned
