Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate basic English effectively
- Must be physically capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 30 lbs
- Must have physical stamina and mobility to perform duties including reaching, pulling, squatting, kneeling, and bending
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow safety and security procedures
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cleaning/EVS experience is preferred
- Ability to learn about cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods, and cleaning sensitive materials
- Must be able to effectively communicate and execute basic requests in English
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 30 lbs)
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, pull, squat, kneel and bend
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, typically 8am-4:30pm including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and responding to queries
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities such as shampoo and soap
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Vacuuming carpets
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Emptying trash containers
