Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • physical capability to perform cleaning duties including bending, lifting, and standing for long hours
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
  • willingness to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • clean assigned guest rooms including bathrooms, beds, carpets, furniture, mirrors, and windows
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest room presentation
  • work safely and efficiently while managing time effectively
  • communicate courteously with guests and address basic inquiries
  • manage extra beds such as sofas and roll-away beds when required
  • volunteer or accept additional room cleaning assignments for extra compensation
  • report maintenance or safety issues to appropriate hotel departments
