Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- have a current and valid State ID or driver's license
- ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 60 pounds
- six months experience
- pass a basic work physical
- pass a background check

Job Duties
- Performs a variety of tasks involved in cleaning staff work areas
- cleans resident rooms in all levels of living
- cleans common areas
- sorts and delivers resident personal laundry
- adheres to all safety and hygiene standards
- reports maintenance issues
- collaborates with other staff to ensure resident satisfaction
