Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
1 to 3 years of related work experience cleaning multiple facilities
ability to walk entire shift, stoop, bend, twist, climb stairs, and lift/push up to 50 lbs
ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
required to successfully complete on site CPR and blood borne pathogen training

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
1 to 3 years of related work experience cleaning multiple facilities
working knowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies and equipment
ability to perform routine and repetitive custodial tasks without immediate supervision
ability to walk entire shift, stoop, bend, twist, climb stairs, and lift/push up to 50 lbs
ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
required to successfully complete on site CPR and blood borne pathogen training

Job Duties

Mix and prepare cleaning products
clean facility interior and exterior
vacuum, sweep, mop, clean and wax floors
ensure a safe environment for patrons by removing liquids and debris during events
clean and sanitize restroom facilities and replenish supplies
wash windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops
remove and dispose of debris from parking lots and walkways
empty waste receptacles
perform additional staff functions for events
report known or expected irregularities to immediate supervisor
follow OSHA and in house safety guidelines
perform other duties as assigned
