Job Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Willingness to work full-time evening shifts from 3pm to 11pm, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift heavy items
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects when required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude, reliability, and genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
Job Duties
- Using a radio to communicate with Housekeeping Management and other departments
- Provide great customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answering questions
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Ensure cleanliness of lobby restrooms by mopping, dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soaps
- Collect and properly dispose of hotel garbage and recycling
- Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed
- Vacuum and maintain public areas, ensuring area furniture is clean and arranged neatly
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and colleagues
- Perform other duties as assigned
